We are now a Certified B Corporation!

We are proud to announce that we are officially certified as a B Corporation (B Corp). This certification recognizes our commitment to corporate social responsibility and our contribution to society. It is not only an affirmation of our hard work to date, but also a guide to our continuous improvement. With a score of 101, we far exceed the required 80 points for certification, where an average company remains stuck at 50.9. This sets the tone for Dutch digital agencies.

From intention to measurable impact

We enlisted the expertise of Rainbow Collection to guide us through our B Corp certification process. Specifically, we sought their advice on making our social impact measurable. Our clientele consists of socially driven organizations, an aspect that the B Corp assessment particularly values. However, our goal is to look beyond simply identifying our "purpose-driven" clients. We are committed to making the actual impact of our work - on both our clients and their end users - concrete and measurable. We achieve this by incorporating the 'Theory of Change' (ToC) methodology. With ToC, for each meaningful project, we map the intended social changes, document the immediate results of our efforts and evaluate the final outcomes. This systematic approach allows us to quantify and strengthen our impact, fully in line with B Corp's 'Impact Work' principles.

B Corp's impact areas

The B Corp certification assesses companies for their impact in five critical domains. 'Governance' domain looks at an organization's transparency, ethics and mission-driven practices. 'Workers' (Employees) focuses on the treatment, benefits and working conditions enjoyed by the workforce. 'Community' examines a company's contribution to local economies and social projects, while 'Environment' analyzes its carbon footprint and sustainability. Finally, the 'Customers' area examines how a company adds value to its customers through its products or services, with a particular focus on social benefit. Together, these areas provide a broad perspective on a company's social responsibility and promote business practices that strive to balance profitability with the well-being of people and the environment.
