Welcome to Unc Inc's first Sustainability Report, an important milestone in our 17 years of existence. Since the beginning, we have made sustainability central to our mission and now we have fully integrated it into our strategy, governance, playbook and work processes. Our ongoing B Corp assessment confirms our commitment, with certification expected in the latter part of 2023.

This report highlights our progress in 2022 and outlines our future plans. We are grateful for our dedicated team that plays a vital role in embedding sustainability within our work.
