Daily Supplements: a new brand for a new generation
Daily Omega-3 is the perfect plant-based replacement for fish oil. With algae as the purest source of essential omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA. In short: a better choice for people and the ocean. Parent company WIINC asked us to design a brand for the introduction of this new product line of plant-based nutritional supplements, now available online and in the stores of Holland & Barrett (formerly De Tuinen).
Fresh, young and recognizable
The brief was clear; design a brand that is distinctive to an environmentally conscious generation with a healthy lifestyle. With competition trying to evoke medical associations with predominantly white packaging, we took a completely different tack.
With a palette of white, black and turquoise hues, they immediately stand out on the shelf. With playful yet powerful typography executed in white and black, we speak the visual language of a young generation. To arrive at a visual message to support the product proposition, we chose to use multiple shades of turquoise, a combination is of the colors green (of algae and sustainability) and blue (of our precious sea). With these colors and typography, it is clear to everyone: this product is different.
