Panel facilitates equal collaboration and in-depth analysis of complex issues by participants themselves. This results in connecting results and actionable insights. It highlights synergies and obstacles, supporting targeted next steps.
Retrieving answers from society
Panel allows participants to collaborate equally on complex issues. They not only provide input on issues, but work together to organize their input so that it becomes useful. As a result, they learn from each other and achieve connective results together.
Participants reflect on a theme. These reflections are then reviewed to see if they are similar to others in order to merge them.
Analyzing and concluding
In Panel, participants analyze their own contributions. There is room for different interpretations. Insights are therefore better aligned with participants' lifeworlds. The Panel method is unique because existing tools for participation focus on quantification, averages and abstract concepts. Participants' experiences are then no longer easily identifiable.
We visualize the extent to which participants' insights match, differ or complement each other. We also offer insight into the areas in which participants can reinforce each other and what obstacles exist. With these insights, follow-up steps can be taken.
Setting up project
No two trajectories are completely the same. The project builder allows a facilitator to set up a project as desired. Panel can deploy a facilitator, but we can also train facilitators from within the client. This way, one can work with Panel indefinitely.
