Senior Developer

You will take the technical lead on projects and monitor the architecture, quality and scalability of our digital products. You work with a broad tech stack, with a focus on PHP (Drupal, Laravel or Symfony is a plus), combined with frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js or Vue. You also have experience with backend development, API architectures and databases and an understanding of cloud solutions such as AWS, Azure, Docker or Kubernetes.

You think strategically about software architecture, performance optimization and security and help clients and the team make the right choices. In the discovery phase, you assess technical feasibility, collaborate on proposals and determine strategies for scalable solutions.

You also manage a colleague: you supervise medior and junior developers, do code reviews and make sure the team grows technically. You monitor the technical feasibility within planning and budget and take the initiative to continuously improve products and processes. You also contribute to compliance with our ISO and BCorp guidelines and stimulate sustainable and safe digital work.

You are an experienced developer with a broad technical background, who functions strongly both independently and as part of a team. You have experience with web and app development and can make strategic choices based on technical and client needs. You have strong communication skills and know how to advise clients technically and manage expectations. In addition, you like to take initiative and see opportunities to improve processes and products.
