Projectmanager

As a project manager, you will go through the entire process involved in developing digital products. These can be new projects, in which you are involved from the first strategy session to the final delivery, but also the continuous optimization and improvement for existing customers. While your team is busy with the current bi-weekly sprints, you coordinate the activities with clients for the upcoming sprints in the background.

Approximately half of our customer portfolio consists of ongoing projects that often require first-line support. You can accurately assess the urgency of support questions and ensure that they reach the right team members. This means that you maintain close contact with the customer, monitor progress, make adjustments where necessary and always keep an eye on deadlines and budgets. In addition, you efficiently handle the customer's financial issues.

You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong social skills and perseverance. You maintain an overview at all times and look beyond the assignment for improvements and new opportunities to help your customer further and strengthen the relationship.

With your analytical skills, technical background and problem-solving skills, you are able to translate the customer's challenges into support tickets for your team. You are good at maintaining an overview and determining priorities. You feel responsible for agreements made and do not panic when deadlines approach.

Our work is often complex and the outcome is sometimes uncertain. Success always depends on the cooperation within the team, the specialists, the client and its stakeholders. Harmony, mutual trust and a touch of traditional Dutch conviviality are therefore essential. Your organizational talent, problem-solving skills and social skills are equally important, because a good atmosphere is half the battle. You always look beyond the assignment for improvements and new opportunities to help your customer further and strengthen the relationship.
