General terms and conditions of Unc Inc

These terms and conditions describe the agreements between Unc Inc and its clients. They explain the rights and obligations of both parties.

These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between Unc Inc and clients, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 

  1. Unc Inc strives for quality, but does not guarantee a specific result. They may use other companies for the work.
  2. For phased projects, the client must approve each phase before Unc Inc proceeds.
  3. Timely payment is required. Additional fees will be charged for late payment.
  4. Unc Inc may increase prices annually according to the consumer price index plus up to 5%.
  5. Changes in the work may result in additional costs. If additional costs exceed 10%, Unc Inc will consult with the client.
  6. Client must provide all necessary information and cooperation to Unc Inc in a timely manner.
  7. The client is responsible for necessary licenses and permissions from third parties, unless otherwise agreed.
  8. Both parties can terminate the agreement under certain conditions.
  9. Intellectual property rights remain with Unc Inc, unless otherwise agreed. The customer receives a limited right of use.
  10. Unc Inc handles clients' confidential information with care.
  11. In case of problems, parties first try to find a solution together.
  12. Unc Inc's liability is limited to direct damage and a maximum of the invoice amount.
  13. Force majeure situations may lead to suspension or termination of the agreement.
