Whether the importance of digital solutions has increased because of the corona pandemic, we dare not say. The fact is that requests have never grown so fast. That is why we are extremely happy to welcome a new team member. Meet Walter Adrichem, the newest member of our development team.
The demand for experienced developers is high. Why did you choose Unc Inc?
"First of all, I really like the fact that Unc Inc works for clients who are mission-driven, who are working for a better future. As a Developer you can work in all kinds of sectors, indeed there is quite a bit to choose from. The opportunity to contribute to a better world with my work, that's what ultimately made the decision."
"In addition, I like the fact that you work in small, close-knit teams where you work together towards a beautiful end result. A good, friendly atmosphere is very important to me."
What is your first impression?
"Well, that fun and informal atmosphere so; it's very cozy. Although I work from home, I felt very much at at home. That sounds pretty crazy, haha."
"It's also nice that your opinion matters, that everyone always seems to be open to it, even if you don't immediately hear it in your own role. Above all, you are challenged to bring out the best in yourself."
What will you work on in the coming time?
"Soon we will go online with our client Healthnet TPO's new website. This is the first project I worked on and it turned out incredibly beautiful, even if I say so myself :-)."
"Furthermore, I'm going to get involved in some maintenance work and we will soon start a project for a new client, again of course a client who has an important social purpose. I have to be secretive about it for now but soon you will see the news passing by. I am already very much looking forward to working on it."
