Hi. I'm Sophie, the new project manager at Unc Inc. I live in Amsterdam West, I am currently doing a vinyasa yoga teacher training and I have an Israeli cuisine based food blog. I love riding motorcycles and my dream is to one day take a trip around the world on my Triumph Street Triple.

Flat white with oat milk
What can we wake you up for at night?
A flight to Africa, hiking in the mountains, climbing a volcano or spotting rhinos on safari! On weekends also for a good glass of red wine with a cheese board and board games.
