Scrum training

Last week, our project manager attended a two-day training at Fabrique's De Scrum Academy. The course was given by Pieter Jongerius and Ernst van Dijk, two very experienced scrummers who knew how to convey the method in detail.

Scrum is a project management method which is part of the Agile methodology. It is intended for the more complex software development projects in which the customer is central and together with the team such a process leads to a good result.

Scrum is a method we have worked with before, but so far we have not been able to integrate it into all our projects. These training days will help us gradually make the transition in more of our projects. We'll keep you posted!
