ICS Credit
ICS Credit is a new product from ICS. It gives customers the opportunity to take out a revolving credit or, conversely, to transfer an existing loan. Through handy help tools, an indication can be given as to whether one qualifies for a revolving credit from ICS. Unc Inc figured out the user experience of the website, created the new design and developed the frontend. The backend was developed by Clixicon. We started with a mobile-first approach and through an iterative process, all pages, widgets and forms were optimized for mobile and then for desktop. Halfway through the process, we conducted an extensive usabillity study at Valsplat, optimizing the entire user experience. Based on the optimized mobile version, we eventually created the desktop version as well.
