On Friday, March 11, we rolled up our office sleeves as part of NLdoet, the Netherlands' largest annual volunteer action organized by our good friends at the Oranje Fonds. Below is a small impression of a sun-drenched day devoted to caring for others.
Not code but deeds
Every year the Oranje Fonds organizes together with thousands of social organizations NLdoet; two days in which volunteer work is in the spotlight and everyone is invited to make a difference for a day. As a digital partner of the Oranje Fonds, we naturally felt called to participate as well. So this year we could be found at playground De IJsselkids in Nieuwerkerk aan de IJssel, children's farm De Uylenburg in Amsterdam's Rembrandt Park and Villa Buitenlust of De Regenboog Groep, another long-time partner of Unc Inc.
A small impression of a day that reminds us of the significance of our digital solutions in the real world.
Digital partner for social impact
The contribution we made as volunteers is of course very limited. As a digital partner of socially driven organizations like Oranje Fonds or The Rainbow Group, it is fortunately a lot larger. How we do that?
