The Stoit Group is a real estate agency, leasing and managing homes for the middle and upper segment in the southern part of Holland. Over the last few years its services have become tailored to the business market, providing housing for employees of international organizations. This strategy called for a new approach towards its brand positioning, and the Stoit Group came to Unc Inc with this question to give the brand a more sophisticated feel. This required updating the Stoit identity, visual brand expressions, print collateral and website. Unc Inc now handles all brand and communication related work for the Stoit Group.
