Chiquita is one of the world's leading banana producers. Ogilvy, who manages Chiquita's marketing worldwide, was enrolling a cross-media campaign in several European countries. They came to us for the development of an interactive viral which connects all other media to the campaign. We created a 3D banana that was rigged to animate in every way, creating a base for the entire online part of the campaign. With unique bar codes, obtained by purchasing bananas, consumers could win a multitude of prices. Besides this people were offered to send a personalised 'bananagram' to friends, which was a personal telegram packed in an animated banana.
