TMF has grown to be the most interactive television channel in the Netherlands. Production company Endemol was developing a television format called Valerio's Datingshow, a youthful remake of 90's television dating shows. We were asked to create an online extension of the television show. This resulted in Valerio's dating game: The entire online TMF community could do a love test, a questionnaire with a multitude of question in categories like lifestyle, money and sex, matching them with other people within the community. To work in line with the television show, we illustrated and animated the host, Valerio. We also recorded his voice and synchronised it with the animated character, making him the guide through the entire love test while making funny remarks. To give the online game a unique feel, we create a scenery where everything is situated in the clouds, suiting the concept of having your head in the clouds.
